I raise German Shepherds for family protection dogs. Harley is one of the best protection dogs I have ever owned. You should always build your dog up, never beat or hit a dog... you can ruin a dogs spirit. Dogs are alot like us and they need praise and love, and they will be the best dog they can be when treated with respect. Harley lives with me and his personality is as follows. Harley will not allow you to get out of your car unless I am here. Yes you will be warned and if you ignore him he will bite you. If you come in my home and try to let him out he will put himself in front of me and keep a stare on you. He will not leave my side, he will block you. Intelligence is what we want in our dogs and it runs in this line of German Shepherds. Note: I did not send him to training, he lives with me and understands his job. It is not just his personality it is carried throughout this line of dogs. Example: I sold his brother as a puppy, the owner Rosa was in a breakup and I received the puppy back after 3 years, his name was Odin. I asked her "what is Odin like?" she told me "you can not come in my house unless I am there to okay it, he will bite you and has bitten when ignored." She had just described my own dog! The trait runs through this line male or female. Oh, and yes they prefer to live inside with you, follow you to the bathroom, watch you cook in the kitchen and lay where they can see you. They will not run off outside, they are true protection dogs and you are their everything. They love a job, they love to chase balls, but please only use Kong rubber balls, (best on the teeth). They all love water and yes they have a baby pool. They are very loyal and loving and will get in your lap. Clients tell me they are the best dog they have ever owned, and the men clients always say that the dog is their best friend. Some of my feedback from buyers has been that when they took them to the vet, the vets have stated to clients, "they are the best bred shepherds they have seen, with amazing muscle tone."
They love children and will be a loving addition to your family.

This momma is a real sweetheart. She has had 1 litter and the pups were beautiful, big boned and nicely built with sweet personalities. She is a princess with a bark that shuts down any male. You wonder who this viscous panther is in my house. Smart really smart, knocks on the door handle to get in. Then looks at me in the patio door and puts her big paw up on the window like hey look at me! She will produce pups with silky plush coats like hers. These dogs with these silky coats do not shed clumps of fur. Alot of people think male German Shepherds are better protectors, Not true, females are just as protective as any male.
Just look in her eyes... such intensity.
